The C12G Services Program is a comprehensive set of support subscription and value-added consulting, engineering, development and training services through which customers can get professional technical and integration support to build and operate a custom cloud infrastructure for internal operations or for offering a cloud service.  C12G applies a commercial subscription model, so the access to the OpenNebula.pro Support Portal with enterprise-ready software and support services is available only for subscribers to any of the three Support Services Programs.  

1. Evaluation Support Program 

The Evaluation Support Program is a 30-day, no-cost, and no-commitment trial of OpenNebula.pro with the services to assess its suitability and performance in your environment. The Program includes:

• Full access to the OpenNebula.pro Support Portal
• Technical support necessary for the evaluation of OpenNebulaPro
• Temporal OpenNebulaPro license for internal development/non-production use

2. Entry-level Support Program 

The Entry-level Support Program is a starter pack with low-cost one-year subscription to OpenNebula.pro with the services to set-up a production-ready private cloud. The Program includes:

• Full access to the OpenNebula.pro Support Portal
• One-month of integration support to adapt OpenNebulaPro to address the requirements of your environment
• Technical support necessary for building and managing a production-ready private cloud with 10 physical servers
• 3 hours of remote consulting
• Permanent OpenNebulaPro license for production use with 10 physical servers

3. Support Subscription 

C12G offers a comprehensive support subscription program through its OpenNebula.pro Support Portal including production-level support with professional SLAs, integration support for optimal and scalable execution, and certification support to validate and certificate compatibility with complementary components and customizations.
