C12G offers subscription programs for technical, integration and certification support.
Technical Support Subscription
The Technical Support Programs provide production level support on C12G supported platforms and include:
- Answering "how to" questions related to standard and intended product usage
- Solving unexpected problems when using, installing or configuring the software
- Offering hints about how to go around missing features and about optimizing the cloud
- Problem diagnosis, resolution and bug fixing
Customers with an active subscription can rebrand the OpenNebulaPro graphical interface to include their company logo or use the OpenNebula C12G Powered logo to help users quickly identify cloud infrastructures that are powered by OpenNebulaPro and supported by C12G Labs.
Integration Support Subscription
Because infrastructure environments are diverse, the Integration Support Program helps to adapt OpenNebulaPro to address the requirements of your infrastructure, use cases and processes. Our integration support team works closely with you on the initial integration, configuration, testing and tuning of OpenNebulaPro within your environment. Our team provides expert guidance to help abate the amount of time and resources that are needed to successfully build a custom cloud solution. When you are ready to move your cloud into production, a Technical Support Subscription is required. The integration support includes:
- Answering questions about product adaptation and integration
- Guidance about how to customize configuration files, bootstrapping scripts, plug-ins, and base templates to be fully compatible with the last version of OpenNebulaPro
- Guidance about tuning for optimal and scalable performance in your environment
- Technical support in non-production development and testing systems
Certification Support Subscription
The Certification Support Program is provided as an add-on service to the technical support so the Customer gets direct assurance that the customizations developed within the integration term are safe for OpenNebulaPro in production and are fully compatible with upcoming releases of OpenNebulaPro. The certification support includes:
- Hosting of one customer-specific distribution in a repository
- A certification process using an automated testing framework
- Integration of the customizations in the building and installation process to save time when deploying new releases
- Compatibility of customizations with any software upgrade or new release
